Speakers:

  • Donna Moolman, SEA Finance Director at Lucy Electric

    Donna is an experienced Finance Director and General Manager with 15 years’ experience operating at board level within the Lucy Group. After 14 years of working within the Lucy Group in the UK, Donna seized the opportunity in 2018 to join Lucy Electric in Thailand as a Director to take on a new role as Head of Finance South East Asia responsible for APAC plus China and Australia. Donna has been Chair of BCCT’s Eastern Seaboard Working Group in recent years, leading the BCCT’s renewed and increased activity in the area.

  • Matt Gaudion, General Manager at Qarbon Aerospace

    Matthew has over 10 years of industry experience in the field of aerospace and defense manufacturing. Since moving to Thailand in 2017, he has held leadership roles in Engineering, Program Management, Operations. In his current role, he is responsible for Qarbon’s manufacturing facility in Thailand, specializing in composite materials and  processes to produce aero-structure and engine components for major civil aircraft platforms.

  • Lilly NgamtrakulpanitCountry Manager at ManpowerGroup Thailand

    Lilly is an executive with over 30 years of experience in management, marketing, and sales across multiple MNCs and Fortune 500 companies across different industries. With her current role in managing one of the largest companies in Thailand’s employment services industry, Lilly possesses a wealth of knowledge and valuable insights on the country’s employment trends, especially among the young professionals. Lilly is also a consultant to various C-level executives and business owners in personnel and hiring decisions.
