BCCT Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Group cordially invite you to join for an event featuring our Neurodiversity at Work Research Centre (NWRC) collaboration with Sasin School of Management and Steps.

The objective of the event is to raise awareness about neurodiversity in the workplace and to provide concrete recommendations for improving inclusivity for people with disabilities (PWDs) and neurodivergent (ND) individuals. This includes addressing issues such as societal stereotypes, lack of awareness, and the absence of effective support systems for employment and inclusivity. 

The event aims to showcase research findings, share insights from organizations implementing inclusion efforts, and discuss progress made in promoting neuroinclusion. Ultimately, the goal is to drive meaningful change in how workplaces perceive, accommodate, and support individuals with diverse neurological profiles
