BCCT ONE-DAY WORKSHOP: Developing Emotional Intelligence
In this one-day workshop on developing emotional intelligence, participants will embark on a transformative journey to enhance their self-awareness and interpersonal skills. Through a dynamic blend of interactive exercises, role-playing, and reflective discussions, attendees will gain insights into recognizing and managing their emotions effectively.
The workshop will delve into the five components of emotional intelligence-self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills-empowering participants to navigate complex social situations with finesse. Practical tools and strategies will be provided to foster emotional resilience and build stronger connections both personally and professionally. By the end of the day, attendees will leave equipped with a heightened emotional intelligence toolkit for personal and collective success.
