BCCT ONE-DAY WORKSHOP:
Understanding how to effectively engage people gives you power. The power to connect, to be trusted, to win. It is an essential skill in business.
In this dynamic 1-day workshop, we will explore the secrets of successful engagement. How do you connect with people on a human level? Can you really use Artificial Intelligence to inspire the way you communicate? How do you use emotional intelligence to develop good relationships with clients and colleagues across cultures?
From creating a positive first impression to explaining the benefits of a product or service with clarity, participants will learn how to communicate in a powerful and engaging way.
Not only will the course change the way participants work, but it will also save time and money on problems caused by miscommunication.
This workshop is the foundation module of a 5-module program – POWER SKILLS MASTERY – from Voxtree. Special rate available for BCCT members; contact BCCT for more details.
