Program Description:

The Leader as Coach program is an introductory one-day training designed to equip 21st century leaders with the essential coaching skills necessary to thrive in today's dynamic business environment. This program offers a deep dive into the significance of coaching as a leadership approach and provides participants with practical tools and techniques to enhance their coaching abilities. Through a blend of interactive discussions, experiential activities, and skill-building exercises, participants will gain the knowledge and confidence to effectively adopt a coaching mindset and empower their teams for success.

• Cancellations received less than 24 hours (1 day) and no-shows are NOT able to receive neither a refund nor credit.
