Details: BCCT ONE-DAY WORKSHOP: The Art of Negotiation What is it About? In today’s challenging business environment, effective negotiation skills are essential. This one-day practical workshop prepares you to take on the toughest of negotiations and negotiators by introducing you to methods that increase your chance of success.
