BCCT free entry vouchers are accepted. If you wish to use the voucher please state in the comment box when booking and present the actual voucher at registration. 

Cancellation policy: Free cancellation within 2 days before the event and payment will be transferred to next event’s credit. Cancellation received less than 2 days and no-show are not able to receive credit.

Hot: Fish Finger served with French Fries, Chicken Pie and Cauliflower Cheese 
Station: Caesar Salad with Condiments and Pad Thai  
Caving: Roasted Australian Beef Sirloin with Roasted Potatoes and Red Wine Sauce and Assorted Homemade Bread and Butter
