BCCT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) 

BCCT members are invited to attend the BCCT Annual General Meeting (AGM) next Thursday 27th March from 5 to 6 pm at The Landmark Bangkok. This is an opportunity to review activity and performance in 2024 and plan ahead for 2025 and beyond. This event is open to BCCT members only. Entry is free of charge but please book in advance. 

The meeting agenda is:-

1.To approve the draft minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on Thursday, 14th March 2024. (HERE)
2. To introduce candidates for election to the BCCT Board of Directors
3. To receive the 2024 Annual Report (HERE)
4. To adopt the 2024 Accounts (to be posted on BCCT website)
5. To appoint an auditor for 2025
6. Any other business
7.Announce the results of the election to the BCCT Board of Directors for 2025-26
