• Flexible Meeting Options: Conduct meetings either face-to-face or online, as per your convenience.
• Goal-Oriented Approach: Mentees are encouraged to set and actively work toward at least three goals during the program.
• Engaging Training Sessions: Participate in interactive training and events.
