Products or Services
Panphos offers a turnkey service to deliver solar electricity from rooftops to commercial and industrial clients who have a substantial monthly electricity bill and normally at least 3000 m2 of unobstructed rooftop and/or open car parking space, and who seek the economies which solar energy brings. For most, electricity generation is normally secondary to their core activity, and they are attracted by the economics and environmental benefits but do not want to master the detail.

Our service starts with a short telephone interview or questionnaire at no charge, and if preliminary data suggests that solar makes sense for you, we will follow up with a free site survey and a quotation. We include design, permits, environmental impact assessments, installation (including batteries if you want them), performance guarantees, maintenance, various efficient financing options, tradable renewable energy certificates, and help to obtain BOI duty or tax relief. The savings you will achieve are calculated in fine detail, and we respect the highest safety standards.

The precise services are defined in partnership with the client. In most cases, the core principle on finance is that savings in electricity costs should cover the cost of repaying any external finance used for the capital cost; there are multiple options for achieving that goal, including long-term power purchase agreements.
