Background
The Comcon Group is an international group of consultants providing Project Management & Quantity Surveying Services to the Construction Industry throughout Asia. From our head office in Bangkok, we provide Commercial & Contractual advice & support to Investors, Owners & Contractors.
Last year the Group celebrated 25 years of operations & can now count in excess of 460 projects for 150 clients, often repeat clients demonstrating their trust & faith in our performance in 20 countries which boasts a considerable amount of experience, comprising the major construction works inc. Airports, Hotels & Resorts, Railways, Retail & more.
The international business is still run by Chairman Joe Grunwell, supported by Mark Vinton in Thailand as Commercial Director, Shaheer Ahmed as Operations Director in the Maldives & Jay Macdonald as PM Director in Indonesia.

Products or Services
QS services include preliminary budget, cost plans, estimating, bills of quantities, joint venture & consortium agreements, tender & contract documentation & administration, insurance valuations, audits, contractual claims & settlement for both arbitration & litigation, together with general commercial & contractual advice.
PM services include monitoring, supervision, & sign offs, inspections, due diligence studies, tender & procurement advice, construction methods, planning & scheduling.
