Kamalaya Koh Samui Wellness Sanctuary & Holistic Spa is a multi-award-winning retreat located on the southern coast of Koh Samui.
Inspired by passion and created with insightful vision, Kamalaya is the expression of husband-and-wife team, John and Karina Stewart, their own life experiences, and desire to serve and inspire others.

Since opening in November 2005, Kamalaya has been offering enriching holistic wellness programs which combine healing therapies from east and west in a breathtakingly beautiful natural environment. It integrates an inspired healthy cuisine and various results-oriented wellness programs ranging from Relax & Renew, Embracing Change, Comprehensive Detox, Yoga Synergy, Sleep Enhancement and Ideal Weight.

Integrating holistic medicine and complementary therapies from Eastern and Western traditions, Kamalaya takes a balanced approach to optimal physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. The Kamalaya wellness experience goes beyond treatments and therapies to include holistic fitness classes, delicious healthful cuisine, wellness programs, group retreats and opportunities to work with visiting international healers and teachers. Health goals starting from stress management, weight control, detox, sleep enhancement, improving body posture, emotional balance are all addressed with almost 20 different programs. Personalised wellness programs are also available for guests who prefer a tailored approach allowing them to achieve even more specific outcomes, adjust the intensity of the program, or perhaps focus on a particular modality such as Ayurveda, Naturopathy or Traditional Chinese Medicine. Kamalaya’s latest wellness program ‘Resilience & Immunity’ launched in June 2020 dealing with post-viral fatigue, as well as supporting physical health and immunity, strengthening and providing balance of heart and mind.
