Background
HOMA is a network of sustainable serviced apartments with a co-living concept spread in Thailand. Founded in 2018, the property network is backed by a joint venture between Asia Capital Real Estate (ACRE) and NOON Capital (NOON). HOMA’s mission is to create a co-living experience through affordable pricing and flexible rental agreements.
