Background
Steps is a Thailand-based social enterprise and Certified B Corporation advancing disability and neuroinclusion. Established in 2016, we work with businesses, schools and public sector organisations to create more inclusive workplaces, employment pathways and communities.

Our work combines lived experience, business expertise and research. This allows us to help organisations move beyond awareness and take practical action.

For organisations looking to strengthen their wider disability inclusion agenda, Steps facilitates the Thailand Business and Disability Network, an official national network within the International Labour Organization Global Business and Disability Network. It provides employers with a peer-to-peer space to exchange practical knowledge, access national and international good practice and build stronger disability inclusion strategies.
 
Products or Services
For employers, Steps provides inclusion consultancy and implementation support. We help organisations assess where they are today, identify realistic priorities and build practical inclusion strategies. Our services include baseline inclusion assessments, accessibility audits, stakeholder training, inclusive recruitment, workplace accommodations, implementation coaching and impact measurement. We work with HR teams, managers, leadership teams and employees to build disability and neuroinclusion confidence across the organisation.

Companies can also work with us through inclusive employment and outsourcing. Our Business Service Centre provides digital services including document digitisation, data entry, database cleaning, file management, document preparation, geomapping, Photoshop and video editing. These services create meaningful employment opportunities while providing businesses with practical outsourced support.

Our social enterprises offer B2B wholesale bakery products, catering services, workshops, activity days and opportunities for corporate and community engagement. They also provide real-world environments where we model inclusive workplace practices and support trainees to develop transferable skills. Companies are welcome to visit Steps at Ekkamai 10 or Theera at Sukhumvit 42 to see inclusive employment in practice, meet our team and explore ways to work with us.

Our work is supported by the Neurodiversity at Work Research Centre, established with Sasin School of Management at Chulalongkorn University, which develops locally relevant research, tools and frameworks for South East Asia.
