RAKxa Fully Integrative Wellness & Medical retreat

RAKxa is a new approach to being well that is personalised to meet the unique needs of each guest. By treating the body as a whole and addressing the root cause of any ‘dis-ease’, RAKxa enables anyone, whatever their state of wellbeing, to restore and maintain optimum health.

A luxury retreat located in Bang Krachao, Bangkok - a retreat spanning 304,000sqm that blends renowned traditional healing disciplines with Western modern science to create personalised 3 - 14 day holistic programmes.

Minor Hotels will run the operations side of the retreat including the guest journey and private villa accommodation.

Medical operations will be run by Bumrungrad Hospital’s VitalLife; a scientific wellness clinic. VitalLife will use the most up-to-date technology in order to support advanced cutting-edge treatment options including: IV Nutrient Therapy, Cryosauna,Infrared Sauna,Light Therapy, Colon Hydrotherapy, Platelet-rich Plasma Therapy, Personalised Supplements, and Hormone Replacement Therapy.

RAKxa Jai - Holistic Wellness Centre with 15 treatment rooms with complementary and alternative medicine including:Traditional Thai Medicine (TTM), Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Energy Healing, Therapeutic spa - with hydrothermal facilities and a floatation room.

Specialist hydrothermal facilities include a vitality pool, cold plunge pool, infrared sauna, herbal steam room, experience and moon showers, and heated loungers.

State-of-the-art medical gym, RAKxa Gaya, with physiotherapists, physicians and one-to-one exercise physiologists using specialist Keiser training equipment
Anti-inflammatory cuisine that is ethically and sustainably sourced.

Unam - international cuisine with a nutritionist on-hand to provide personalised guidance
