Objectives: The BCCT Young Professional's primary aim is to give younger members of the Chamber, who are the managers, CEOs and key decision makers of the future, an opportunity to engage with the wider business community in ways that appeal directly to them. The YP committee organises events each year that focus on how young professionals can grow their business connections, share their experiences, and develop their careers and professional skills in an open and unprejudiced environment. 

Key Activities in 2025:

• Chaos to Clarity - How Great Leaders Stay Clear in a Volatile World, positive turnout with high NPS scores, planning to do another similar one this year given the thematic relevance
• Style & Substance - A Young Professionals Evening with Raja's Fashions
• Co-branded with GTCC for Inter-Chamber Young Professionals Network Evening
• Upcoming career mastery workshop scheduled for the evening of Tuesday May 5th 2026, in partnership with Hansen Beck and multiple young professional committees of other chambers
• Subsequent event in Q3 will be Industry Insider: Food & Beverage Entrepreneurs Panel Discussion, targeting to co-host with the YEC once we finalize further details

Events Planned in 2026:

• Hansen Beck - Leadership workshop in partnership with Hansen Beck, scheduled for end of Apr/early May. This interactive session explores how rising professionals can influence, inspire, and drive impact, even without formal authority.
• Industry Insider: F&B – Panel discussion on market trends, operational challenges, consumer behaviour shifts, emerging opportunities, and how an F&B business is operated in Thailand’s culinary capital, Bangkok.
• Sports Day – To discuss if we can host this in an outdoor space on a late Friday afternoon or weekend. Format will be a series of accessible sports challenges, team relays, and coaching tips from Kyle Daniels, Olympian performance and mental coach.
