2024 Overview
2024 was a great year for the ESB Working Group with more activity in the region. 17 events were organised last year compared to 9 in 2023.
At the beginning of 2025, The ESB Working Group agreed that we should rebrand to be the EEC Working Group. Activity and focus will be on the EEC development plan and how we can support members in the EEC, attract foreign investment, encourage re-investment by companies already established and foster high-value industry ramp ups.

Donna Moolman did not stand for re-election to the BCCT Board of Directors at the March Annual General Meeting. However, Simon Shale of Senior Aerospace was elected thereby ensuring that EEC-based businesses continue to be represented at the main BCCT board level. Donna will continue as Chair of the EEC Working Group and will work closely with Simon and Greg to ensure that the interests of members in EEC continue to be supported by BCCT.
