I hereby agree to comply with the Constitution and Regulations of the British Chamber of Commerce Thailand after becoming a member. Furthermore I understand that the information contained within the BCCT Handbook and updates is provided to facilitate ease of communication among BCCT members sharing a common interest in Trade and Commerce. BCCT encourages trade, commerce and networking among members but does not condone systematic cold-calling, aggressive selling or misrepresentation. Any member company or individual employee thereof found guilty of such activities may be subject to prohibition from future membership of the BCCT and may be requested to return all copies of the membership Handbook, updates and other membership directory information sources which are held by them; and notice of that prohibition may be published by the BCCT.

Please confirm that you have obtained or (where you have not yet obtained) will obtain, any licences or permits that are required for you to operate your usual business activities in Thailand, as may be required by Thai laws and regulations, and that you will maintain the existence of such permits or licences, during the period for which you are a member of BCCT.

We agree to be responsible for and pay the fees for annual subscription renewal until such time as we have duly terminated our membership in writing.
