BCCT Mentoring Programme 2026

The BCCT Mentoring Programme 2026 commenced with an Executive Presence workshop led by Russell Graham from Voyager Coaching Thailand.
 
The session was interactive and well-delivered, with active engagement from mentors and mentees. It was encouraging to see participants share the same belief that lifelong learning brings continuous value to leadership and professional growth.
 
Practical insights from the workshop can be applied in the workplace and within the mentoring programme. This has set a strong foundation for the sessions ahead.
 
The next workshop, focusing on Team Leadership, will be delivered by Arne next week.
