BCCT YP Webinar #4 - The Importance of Sleep

On Monday 20th July, the BCCT Young Professionals group held its latest webinar on 'The Importance of Sleep and How to Beat Insomnia' with Ketchai Suavansri, M.D., Neurology, Medical Director at VitalLife Scientific Wellness Center and Cognitive and Behavioral Neurologist at Bumrungrad International Hospital.

Dr. Ketchai highlighted the importance of sleep, and the impact a lack of sleep has on your mental and physical health. Dr. Ketchai also explored the common causes of insomnia, and explained some top tips to reduce its effects – giving you the best chance of getting a good night’s rest, night after night.
