BCCT Upskilling: The Evolving Role of HR and Quality Decision-Making

On 30th June and 7th July, BCCT hosted an exclusive two-session workshop, featuring two engaging topics: Evolving Role of HR in Competitive Markets and Quality Decision-Making: Are You a Good Decision-Maker?, led by David Solomon, Founder and International Consultant at PDM – Professional Decision-Making.

Unlike a traditional one-day workshop, this two-session format gave participants the opportunity to apply what they had learned between sessions before returning for deeper discussion, reflection, and practical learning.

Throughout the programme, participants gained practical tools and research-backed insights to strengthen leadership, build a supportive decision-making culture, and make better decisions with greater confidence.
