BCCT World Environment Day 2026: Green Business Pink Impact - From Commitment to Action

On Thursday, 4th June 2026, BCCT and BCCT Women in Business were delighted to host BCCT World Environment Day 2026: Green Business, Pink Impact – From Commitment to Action at Mövenpick BDMS Wellness Resort Bangkok, in collaboration with our partner chambers: BeluThai, CANCHAM, EABC, ITCC, SATCC, SPTCC, and SWECHAM.

The event brought together business leaders, sustainability professionals, BCCT Members, and guests for an engaging panel discussion, From Commitment to Action: Women Leading Climate Solutions in Business. The discussion explored climate leadership, practical sustainability strategies, key business challenges, and the vital role of women leaders in driving meaningful climate action.

Our sincere thanks to Nandita Valiramani of Indorama Ventures PCL, and Tara Buakamsri, of Climate Connectors, for sharing valuable insights on sustainability and climate action. We also extend our gratitude to our moderator, Jacqueline Yew, for leading such an engaging discussion.

Our appreciation also goes to Nina-Phinnipha Suriyong, Chair of the BCCT Women in Business Working Group, together with working group members; Bhavana Kumar, Pakamon Charubhakti, Cheryl Rego, and Waraporn Mupaisan, for leading this meaningful initiative and emphasising the importance of personal responsibility in creating a more sustainable future.
