BCCT Mentorship Programme | Final Training Session – Strategic leadership with Change Management

We concluded the BCCT Mentorship Programme with a powerful session on Strategic leadership with Change Management on Thursday 12th February 2026, organised by BCCT Women in Business (WIB), led by Nina-Phinnipha Suriyong

The final workshop, facilitated by Marisa Chuawiwat, offered meaningful insights into how individuals and teams experience change, and how leaders can support transitions with clarity, empathy, and intentional action.

Participants explored the LHH Change Curve, examining the emotional and behavioral phases people go through — from anticipation and uncertainty, to letting go, reappraisal, and recommitment. The session underscored that effective leadership in times of change is not about speeding through the process, but about understanding the human experience at each stage.

Key themes included:
• Identifying the root causes of stress during change
• Practical strategies to support teams through emotional and behavioral shifts
• How clarity, structure, and psychological safety help build resilience
