Organised by British Chamber of Commerce Thailand (BCCT) in collaboration with Mahanakorn Partners Group and SafeComs Network Security Consulting - Thailand Network Security Consulting, the session brought together industry experts and business professionals to share practical insights on navigating Thailand’s PDPA framework.

The programme opened with remarks from Luca Bernardinetti, Chairman & Managing Partner of Mahanakorn Partners Group. We were also honoured to welcome Mr.Tienchai Na Nakorn, Chairman of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC), who shared valuable perspectives on regulatory direction, enforcement focus, and expectations for organisations.
Insightful presentations were delivered by Werinorn Manphan and Whachirapong Zongprathum from Mahanakorn Partners Group, as well as Andrè Vermeulen, from SafeComs Network Security Consulting - Thailand Network Security Consulting, covering common compliance gaps and introducing innovative legal-tech solutions to help organisations strengthen their PDPA compliance.
