BCCT Upskilling: Agile Project Management

Led by award-winning author and Certified ScrumMaster®, Richard James Rogers, the one-day workshop delivered a highly interactive and practical introduction to Agile Project Management, with strong engagement throughout the day.

We were delighted to see strong engagement and meaningful discussions throughout the workshop. Participants deepened their understanding of Agile by exploring core frameworks, roles, and planning practices, while gaining hands-on insight into Agile tools, estimation techniques, and performance metrics.
