The meeting focused on five key topics of strategic importance to both local and international businesses:
 
1) New regulations and incentives designed to attract and retain foreign investment in Thailand
2) Knowledge exchange on the cash rebate mechanism related to the Global Minimum Tax (Pillar II)
3) Updates on the Long-Term Resident (LTR) visa scheme, aimed at drawing high-potential talent and investors
4) Enhancing ease of doing business across sectors
5) Insights into tax credits and fiscal tools to support investment
 
The dialogue also underscored significant opportunities for closer collaboration between the public and private sectors—particularly in aligning BOI policies with the needs of international investors, fostering transparency, and ensuring Thailand remains a competitive and attractive destination for global business.
