BCCT 2025 Employment Law Symposium.

We’re especially grateful to our panel of legal experts – Dr Paul Crosio (Formichella & Sritawat), Kowit Somwaiya (Law Plus), and Komson Suntheeraporn (DLA Piper Thailand) – for sharing their insights and practical advice on the complexities of Thai employment law.

From contract drafting to severance, foreign worker regulations to Labour Court procedures, the evening covered a wide range of essential topics in a relaxed and interactive setting.
