Awards exist in order to acknowledge excellence in performance, process and creativity, to compare against peers, to highlight best practice and to reward supporting staff. BCCT wishes to make this a meaningful and successful Awards competition for all nationalities and sizes of company. We started small in 2017, embraced what went well and learnt from what didn’t. We will continue to build TIBA into an initiative that engages more and more companies and entrepreneurs. We will also continue with the ‘smart casual’ format of the presentation dinner in order to engage with businesses and entrepreneurs at all levels.
