Bangkok, September 3, 2025 – Scarlett Wine Bar & Restaurant invites seafood and meat enthusiasts to indulge in a limited-time showcase this September and October 2025, featuring eight exquisite preparations of prized Bouchot mussels alongside a perfectly marbled Porterhouse steak experience.

 

Flaunt Those Mussels

 

Hailing from the pristine coastal waters of France, Bouchot mussels are renowned for their sweet, delicate flavour and tender, succulent texture. Grown on traditional wooden poles in tidal waters, they absorb the pure essence of the sea, making them a true seasonal delicacy for seafood enthusiasts.

 

Often regarded as high quality tasting mussels by seafood connoisseurs, these gastronomic gems are labelled with an AOP ‘appellation d’origine protégée’ status, meaning you can only get them from the Mont Saint-Michel bay when they are harvested for a limited period.
