• Traditional Abalone with Shanxi Aged Vinegar
• Double-Steamed Abalone with Chinese Red Dates in Clear Chicken Soup

• Steamed Abalone with Hunan Chili Sauce
• Steamed Abalone with Sichuan Spicy Sauce
