Introducing IGNIV Bar at IGNIV Bangkok

Bangkok, Thailand – 26 June, 2025 – IGNIV Bangkok (1 MICHELIN Star since 2022) is introducing IGNIV Bar, transforming its kitchen counter into a new spot to enjoy a pre- or post-meal sip and bite or just hang out with friends, offering Dom Pérignon Champagne by the glass, cocktails, and snacks starting July 7, 2025.

Situated at the welcoming foyer of the one-Michelin-starred cosmopolitan dining space at The St. Regis Bangkok, the wood-topped kitchen counter had long served as a warm greeting area for diners—a place to enjoy welcome snacks. It will be elevated into a social destination in its own right, open to both IGNIV guests and walk-in visitors. IGNIV Bar aims to be a warm host for all occasions, whether it’s simply enjoying a few drinks or gathering with friends.

IGNIV Bar is serving:

• Dom Pérignon by the glass
• IGNIV Signature Cocktails and mocktails, crafted by our Chef de Rang, Nongyao Phutsorn.
• IGNIV Snacks, curated by Head Chef Arne Riehn and his team, featuring signature IGNIV menu such as Chicken Nuggets, along with seasonal highlights such as Smoked Trout Roe—Crème Fraîche—Potato, Sweetbread—Brioche—Lardo, Kampachi—Pepper—Kaffir Lime, and more delectable bar bites.

IGNIV Bar will be open daily from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM, starting July 7, 2025.
