Bangkok, Thailand – November 5, 2024 – The St. Regis Bangkok invites guests to commemorate the blessings of the past year with a Thanksgiving dinner buffet at VIU on Thursday, November 28, 2024. This occasion serves as a heartfelt opportunity to gather in appreciation of life's many gifts, celebrating a time of gratitude and fellowship.

Taking on festive flavors for just one evening, the dinner buffet combines grilled seafood and BBQ dishes with timeless classic Thanksgiving dishes including Roasted Whole Turkey with Cranberry Glaze and Roasted Honey Ham with Smoky BBQ Sauce. Other festive highlights include a Harvest Salad with Butternut Squash and Walnut, as well as a hearty Chestnut, Potato, and Leek Soup with White Truffle Oil. Blending the restaurant’s Mediterranean influences with Thanksgiving flavors, the menu features Homemade Tortellini Filled with Turkey and Ricotta in a Creamy Potato Fondue, complemented by desserts including Cinnamon Apple Pie and Croquembouche.

Guests can also enjoy extensive seafood on ice, presented with New Zealand mussels, local river prawns, tiger prawns, barramundi fillets, king mackerel, sweet local sea snails, squid, and scallops. The seafood selection is complemented by freshly grilled meats, including Australian lamb rack, Australian wagyu beef, and BBQ pork ribs, a specialty dish like Baked Oysters, and various live stations, including a tartare station, salmon, beef, as well as a fresh pasta station and Thai selections.

To complete the experience, diners are treated to 12th-floor panoramas, overlooking the Royal Bangkok Sports Club grounds set against the backdrop of the Bangkok night skyline. The Thanksgiving dinner buffet is presented on Thursday, November 28, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, at VIU Restaurant at The St. Regis Bangkok for THB 2,500++ per adult, and THB 1,250++ for child aged of 4 to 12, inclusive of tea or coffee.
