Sunday Jazzy Brunch Unveils Special Editions

Guests invited to a month of vibrant themed dining experiences, including a tuna carving demonstration, indulgent shellfish, Italian brunch, the Best of Asia and more at Rossini’s and The Living Room

Bangkok, Thailand – Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, the iconic Luxury Collection Hotel in the heart of Bangkok, is inviting couples, families and friends to come together and celebrate the spirit of social gastronomy with a series of special editions of its Sunday Jazzy Brunch! Running for four weekends from November 3rd - November 24th, 2024, these one-of-a-kind occasions will showcase some of the world’s finest ingredients, cooked to perfection in a variety of styles and enhanced with live music and a dash of culinary theater.

On November 3rd, diners can discover the drama of a live Tuna carving demonstration by a highly skilled chef. A premium whole yellowtail tuna will be expertly sliced to craft a selection of Japanese delicacies, including tuna sashimi, nigiri, maki, tataki and spicy tuna rolls, as well as international delights such as tuna pasta, tartare and carpaccio. Then on November 10th, seafood lovers will be in heaven on with a focus on fresh local and imported Shellfish. Diners’ senses will be transported across the world's seas and oceans with a selection of French oysters, Alaskan king crab, Manila clams, black mussels, river prawns, sublime scallops and razor clams.

Fans of authentic Italian cuisine can head to Rossini’s on November 17th for the Italian Sunday Brunch, as Chef Giacomo Vinci showcases the finest ingredients from this captivating country. Enjoy premium cheeses and cold cuts, Italian antipasti and artisanal breads, plus a live pasta station and bruschetta bar. And of course, every meal can end on a sweet note with Italian desserts such as tiramisu and cannoli. Then on November 24th, Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit celebrates the Best of Asia with some of the most enticing dishes from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, China and Thailand such as chili crab, laksa, nasi lemak, chicken rice and much more, plus a dedicated Thai corner from basil, Bangkok’s most exciting new Thai restaurant. 

Whichever Sunday Jazzy Brunch they choose, diners will be treated to an amazing array of flavours from around the globe, including succulent seafood on ice, assorted Italian cold cuts and cheeses, a live carving station with roasted Australian prime rib of beef and baked salmon, Indian delights, Thai dishes, Chinese specialties and half a lobster thermidor for every guest, served at the table. A dedicated kids' corner will keep all little ones fully entertained.

These special editions of the Sunday Jazzy Brunch will run for four weekends, from November 3rd - November 24th, 2024 (12:00 - 15:00 hrs.).
