Dario will formulate strategies to achieve the business goals, oversee overall hotel performance, as well as develop human resources of The St. Regis Bangkok to ensure quality excellence for our luminaries.

With an impressive 25 years of experience in the luxury hotel industry, Dario brings an extraordinary wealth of knowledge and a passion for excellence that will elevate this iconic property. His illustrious career has taken him across the globe, from Germany to China, Indonesia, and now to Thailand, where he will continue his journey of hospitality leadership.

Dario has an extensive background with renowned Marriott brands, including W and The Ritz-Carlton. His connection to the timeless elegance of The St. Regis brand is particularly notable, having served as General Manager at The St. Regis Tianjin. There, he played a pivotal role in the hotel's seamless transition to join Marriott International, marking his tenure with remarkable enhancements in financial performance, guest satisfaction, and employee morale.

Most recently, Dario has led The St. Regis Bangkok from SO/ Berlin Das Stue in Germany, where he showcased exceptional leadership by securing the position of RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room) leader for two consecutive years, alongside achieving the highest ADR (Average Daily Rate) since the hotel's inception.

Dario's impressive portfolio includes diverse roles in pre-opening and renovation projects, showcasing his exceptional managerial skills and ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously. His extensive experience in food and beverage will further enrich the culinary offerings at our hotel. Additionally, Dario is a proud graduate of Marriott International’s Elevate program for General Managers, a testament to his commitment to honing his leadership abilities.
