Dexter Norville: is a National Director and Head of Property and Asset Management for Jones Lang LaSalle covering Thailand. Implementing best practice solutions for all property and asset management contracts, Dexter is also part of the Global Premium Asset Group and Property and Asset Management Consultancy team. With over 19 years’ management experience in real estate consultancy and property management both in Asia Pacific and the U.K. Dexter has worked for Jones Lang LaSalle on several global property and asset management instructions in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, India and Indonesia. With extensive property management experience before coming to Thailand Dexter worked for another well-known international real estate services provider whose clients included the then new London Stock Exchange. Before this he had worked with other International Real Estate Service providers in property management and facilities management at Number One Curzon Street London which at the time was the most expensive office space in Europe.

Desmond Hughes: is co-founder and senior partner of Hughes Krupica, an international and Thai law firm with real estate in the widest sense a key practice and specialist area. Desmond has operated 2 law firms over an 18-year period in Thailand and has serviced developers, private equity groups, public companies, private investors and global property companies such as JLL with their regional and domestic legal service needs including specifically on asset management.

Desmond qualified as a lawyer of England and Wales in 2002, passed the Overseas Lawyer Qualification Examinations in Hong Kong in 2012, received an LLM with Merit in International Commercial and Corporate Law at King’s College London 2020, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the current Vice-Chair of CIArb Thailand Branch, the current Chair of the International Chamber of Commerce Thailand ADR and Arbitration Commission and is therefore able to see and handle both transactional and disputes relating to real estate.
