Samata Masagee: leads the corporate practice group in Thailand. She focuses on public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint venture transactions, corporate reorganisations, antitrust and general corporate and regulatory matters. She has advised some of Thailand’s most complex, cross-border transactions as well as a number of Thailand’s deals of the year. She has significant experience in assisting the foreign businesses on the investment and entering into Thailand. Her clients include companies in a range of sectors including energy, technology and telecommunications, consumer goods and retail.

Pattama Jarupunphol: has extensive experience across a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions with a focus on M&A, joint ventures, trade and investments, employment, intellectual property and corporate commercial. She also has significant experience in assisting the global corporate restructuring of company groups, assisting on post-M&A integration and giving strategic advice to shareholders in private companies.
