11/6 BCCT SPEED WEBINAR #7 - BEHAVIOURS FOR LEADERS THROUGH ANY CRISIS

The roles and responsibilities of business leaders have dramatically changed in the past few weeks. Before COVID-19, CEOs and other executives in high-growth companies were focused on fostering innovation, driving revenue, and gaining market share. Executives need to move forward in a crisis, leaders need to cultivate the right behaviours in themselves and their teams. They must decide with speed over precision, adapt boldly, reliably deliver, and engage for impact. This session will highlight the challenges faced and the ways to move forward.

Date: Thursday 11th June 2020

Time: 4.00 - 4.15 pm presentation followed by Q&A

Cost: free of charge

The webinar link will be sent to you direct one day in advance before the event date.
