Jamie’s Italian opened the first restaurant in Thailand at Siam Discovery, Bangkok. Jamie’s Italian began as a partnership between Jamie Oliver and his mentor, Gennaro Contaldo. The first restaurant opened in 2008 in Oxford and has expanded internationally over the last 10 years, with restaurants in Australia, Europe, Brazil, Canada and Asia.
Jamie’s Italian committed to sourcing only the best free-range, higher welfare meat and sustainable and ethically produced ingredients. All the recipes are Italian classics with a Jamie twist, including fresh pasta made on site every day. Working closely with fantastic Thai farmers and suppliers to showcase local products is at the forefront of the food ethos of the restaurant.
