Join the BCCT Mentoring Program 2026:
Developing Future Leaders Across Our Community

The British Chamber of Commerce Thailand is proud to launch a new six-month mentoring program designed to connect experienced leaders with emerging talent across our member organizations.

This program brings together senior executives and high-potential professionals in a structured yet flexible mentoring experience—combining one-to-one mentoring with targeted leadership development workshops.

What makes this program different?

Rather than following a fixed curriculum, each mentoring relationship is shaped by the mentee’s real challenges and aspirations. Mentors and mentees co-create the journey, ensuring relevance, impact, and meaningful development.

Program Timeline:

- May 2026 : Program announcement and mentor recruitment 

- June–July 2026 : Mentee nominations and selection 

- July–August 2026 : Matching, kickoff event, and initial mentoring conversations 

- September–February 2026 : Mentoring sessions and leadership workshops 

- November 2026 : Mid-program progress check 

- January 2027 : Pre-completion review 

- March 2027 : Graduation and program celebration
