BCCT Upskilling: Strategic Leadership in Action

Highly Interactive One-Day Workshop Led by Award-Winning Author and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®), Richard James Rogers

This immersive workshop equips leaders with practical tools to think strategically, lead change with confidence, and translate vision into measurable results. Through real-world case studies, group exercises and guided reflection, participants will move beyond operational thinking and develop strategic leadership skills that can be immediately applied in the workplace.

Participants will gain practical insight into aligning people, processes and culture with strategy, influencing stakeholders effectively, managing resistance constructively, maintaining strategic focus in complex environments, and developing a personal strategic leadership action plan with clear, actionable priorities.

All participants will receive a certificate of completion recognising their engagement in the Strategic Leadership in Action workshop. This certificate can even be put on your LinkedIn profile.
