For those who are new to the program BCCT Mentoring Program is a structured, six-month initiative designed to connect emerging professionals with experienced mentors across diverse industries. Through regular meetings, workshops, and events, the program supports leadership development, networking, and career growth.

• Six months : July to December 2025
