What’s really on your plate – and what does it mean for your long-term health?

Join us on  Tuesday 10th June 2025, from 6.00 PM to 9.00 PM at dusitD2 Samyan Bangkok for BCCT Healthcare – Chef’s, Science and Superfoods: What’s Really on Your Plates?

Hosted by the BCCT Healthcare Working Group, in collaboration with EABC and NTCC, this unique event brings together leading voices from the culinary and wellness industries to explore the science and strategy behind what we eat.

The evening will begin with a live cooking demonstration, followed by a panel discussion and Q&A session covering the links between nutrition, digestion, mental health, and preventive care.

Speakers include:

- Chonnakan Pattarasaeng-arunchai (Chef Poy) – Jr. Executive Sous Chef / Project Manager – Wellness Programmes, Sri Panwa and BDMS Wellness Clinic
- Chef David Laris – Representative from Slice
- Dr. Sureerat Sritangrattanakul – Deputy Director, Prevention and Wellness Clinic, BDMS Wellness Clinic
- Dr. Gerard Lalande – Chief Medical Officer, Luma Health Insurance
- Asst. Prof. Dr. Veeravich Jaruvongvanich – Gastroenterologist, Bumrungrad International Hospital
- Dr. Anothai Soonsawat – Psychiatrist, Bangkok Hospital

The cost is THB 1,100 for BCCT/EABC/NTCC members, inclusive of food, free-flow beer, wine, and soft drinks.
