Subject | BCCT BOARD OF DIRECTORS NOMINATIONS 2024 |
Ever wondered what it’s like to be a BCCT Board Director? Its enjoyable and fun – mostly. There’s some work involved – driving the chamber’s big picture strategy and some oversight. You can join one of the chamber’s 20 active working groups and engage your team members. You get to build your own network and meet ministers, diplomats, officials, and interesting people as well as have a positive effect on British businesses and trade/policy. BCCT is the oldest and one of the most active chambers in Thailand. Our consistently high NPS scores for the 100+ activities and events we run each year is evidence of the value we provide to our members. This year the chamber is investing in enhancing the member experience through additional resourcing for events, branding, our digital platforms, a new website and staff skills development. All members in Thailand are welcome to stand for the board – all nationalities (of person or company), genders and ages. The current board is truly diverse with the youngest ever Board Director and the youngest Chair. The gender balance is 50/50 and we have more Thai nationals on the board than in recent past years.
