BCCT EVENING BRIEFING: 2023 Bangkok Real Estate Market Outlook

With ongoing challenges and uncertainty, CBRE believes 2023 will be another year for the Bangkok real estate industry to continue to adapt. 

As the economic prospects improve, CBRE expects to see several bright spots and growth opportunities, with more transactions across all real estate sectors in 2023

Nicholas Vettewinkel, Director of Research and Consulting, CBRE Thailand, will summarise the status of the Bangkok real estate market and highlight the key trends to watch in 2023

More about the speaker:
Nicholas Vettewinkel is Director of Research and Consulting with responsibility for all research reports and some consulting projects for various types of property. Previously he worked in Capital Markets,  Investment and Land Team, managing relationships of both Thai and Foreign investors handling all aspects of capital markets and land sales transactions. With his 16 years of experience at CBRE, he has an extensive and in-depth understanding of the Thai property market. Before joining CBRE, Nicholas worked in London for 16 years for leading commercial developer London & Regional Properties and Legal and General Investment Management
