Is it time for a great leadership rethink?

The discussion focuses on the most important traits and trends that modern, digital era leaders need to know in preparation for the years ahead; according to the C-suite, executive leaders, management, and employees.

To accelerate the rethinking of leadership practices, Paul Marks and Jeremy Blain have invested in a global research project bringing together the voices of nearly 3,500 executive leaders and employees at all levels. The aim has been to track how leadership principles have evolved in these fast-paced times and to identify the most important areas of focus for executive boards and senior leaderships between 2023 and 2025.

Key questions:
During the session Paul and Jeremy will be answering the following questions:
1) Are leaders prepared for the future?
2) What are the top 5 leadership challenges for the next 3-5 years?
3) What are the main reasons why employees are resigning?
