Cancellation Policy:
- To secure your registration, advance payment is required. If payment is not received at least 24 hours before the event, your spot will be offered to those on the waiting list. Please note that walk-ins are not permitted.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the event, as well as no-shows, will not be eligible for refunds or credits.
- Payment must be made at the time of booking; payments made at any other time may incur higher fees.
