BCCT YOUNG PROFESSIONALS 
Emerging Leaders – Connecting the Next Generation 

Join us for a transformative networking event, the first of its kind between the BCCT YP and Young Entrepreneurs Chamber of Commerce (YEC), The American Chamber of Commerce in Thailand (AMCHAM), German-Thai Chamber of Commerce (GTCC), Thai-Swedish Chamber of Commerce (SweCham) and Thai-Taiwan Business Association (TTBA). This event promises to bring together emerging leaders from both Chambers to network, share ideas, and forge valuable connections as they continue to drive the next wave of leadership and innovation. The YEC is an organisation within the broader Thai Chamber of Commerce and consists of over 8,000 members across the nation. Its members are young leaders from different industries and business sizes, from SMEs to large local conglomerates. 

In addition to the networking, we will have the opportunity to hear from our keynote speaker, Varitha Kiatpinyochai, CEO of Lazada Thailand, who will share her personal journey, leadership insights, and what it takes to lead and shape one of the most successful e-commerce companies in the country.

Cost: THB 1,100 for BCCT/Young Entrepreneurs Chamber of Commerce (YEC) members. This price includes food, free-flow beer, wine and soft drinks.

Varitha Kiatpinyochai, CEO – Lazada Thailand

Varitha was named Chief Executive Officer of Lazada Thailand in January 2024, and is the first Thai female leader appointed to this role. She has been with the company since 2016, and has served in various positions in both Lazada Thailand and Lazada Group. In her previous role as Chief Operating Officer at Lazada Thailand, she oversaw the commercial strategy and operations of Lazada's marketplace business including the management of sellers, assortment, policy governance as well as Lazada Seller Center.  Prior to that, Varitha was an investment banking analyst at Macquarie Capital in London.

Varitha holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
