BCCT CONNECTING WESTERN SEABOARD (HUA HIN) & CHRISTMAS DINNER 

BCCT is offering multiple co-sponsorship at THB 5,000 +VAT per company for the next Connecting Western Seaboard & Christmas Dinner on Saturday 16th November at Monsoon Valley

Date: Saturday 16th November 2024

Schedule:

3-4pm - Vineyard Tour and Meet the Elephants

5-6.30pm - Wine Mixing and Tasting and Networking

6:30-8:30pm - Sit Down Buffet

8:30pm - Event ends 

Venue: Monsoon Valley 

Entry:  

• THB 1,100 for adults and THB 550 for kids for BCCT, partner chambers and non-members. Prices include buffet dinner plus soft drinks. 
  

• Free flow wine and beer for the duration of the 2.0 hours Buffet for THB 600 from 6.30-8.30pm payable directly to Monsoon Valley on the night and they will give you a wristband or you can buy by the glass directly to Monsoon Valley on the night

Transport: Mini busses will be provided by Monsoon Valley for anyone who wants to use them, leaving from and returning to the Centara, cost THB 100 per person each way

Payment: 

• Online Payment options are available when confirming your booking (recommended). Online payment when you book is the simplest way to do this.
• Bank transfer is also available to Kasikorn bank 709-2-36464-4 and email finance@bccthai.com to verify for a receipt

Cancellation policy:

• Advance payment is required to confirm your registration and if payment not made 24 hours before event, your place will be passed on to the waiting list. No walk-ins.
• Cancellations received less than 24 hours (1 day) and no-shows are NOT able to receive neither a refund nor credit.
• Payment is required at the time of booking. At any other time will incur a hig
