Background
Rugby School Thailand is a leading boarding and day school in Asia. It is the primary international arm of the prestigious Rugby School UK, one of the oldest, leading establishments in Britain. Rugby School Thailand brings more than 450 years of school heritage to the rolling countryside and fresh air of Chonburi. The School is situated 90 minutes southeast of Bangkok and 20 minutes inland from Pattaya. Its 80-acre campus is equipped with state-of-the-art buildings, numerous sports facilities, lakes and meandering nature trails; there is a huge breadth of academic, sporting and co-curricular opportunities for all students.
The Rugby School ethos is ‘the whole person, the whole point’. This means that pupils not only fulfil their academic potential but also develop moral values, compassion, confidence, a sense of responsibility and social skills. The School recognises the importance of education both inside and outside of the classroom in order to educate the ‘whole person’.
Rugby School Thailand follows an enhanced British curriculum based on the British independent school model, with students taking English public examinations. The School enrols children aged two-18, with boarding available from Years 3 (aged 8) upwards; this includes Day Boarding (up to 2 fixed nights per week), Weekly Boarding (5 nights per week), Full Boarding (every night of the week throughout term time).
Rugby School Thailand is a selective school with scholarship opportunities.

We have Pre-Prep (Nursery to Year 2), Prep (Year 3 to Year 8) and Senior (Year 9 through to Sixth Form). Boarding is available from Years 3-13, with options to suit different family needs: Day Boarding (up to 2 fixed nights per week), Weekly Boarding (up to 4 or 5 nights per week), Full Boarding (every night of the week throughout term time).
Our admissions process is selective. Entry scholarships are available.
