Background
Steps Bangkok is Thailand’s first social enterprise which supports businesses and other clients with diversifying their workforce.

Established in 2016, we offer vocational training to neurodiverse young people, many of whom may otherwise struggle to access employment. Our training centres are a welcoming environment for trainees to build social skills and confidence, and run parallel to our coffee shops and zero waste shops where they get hands-on work experience serving the public.

When they complete their training, we support trainees with their transition to employment, and support businesses with hiring them and adapting to their needs. We are proud to say that one hundred percent of our graduates are now in employment.

Our model is so successful we have expanded from our original training centre and coffee shop in Ekkamai to multiple franchises in Bangkok and Phuket.
 
Products or Services
- Our business service centre is here for clients who want to outsource administrative tasks such as data entry and digitisation of files. By providing our trainees with employment you’re contributing to a better future for them. Current clients include leading e-commerce platform Shopee.
- We have multiple business partners who are implementing a more inclusive hiring policy. We connect them with graduates and support them with the employment process. Partners who have employed our graduates include The Rembrandt, The Hyatt and El Mercado, all of whom give positive feedback about their experience.
- We run multiple coffee shops and zero waste shops in Bangkok and Phuket which are partly staffed by our trainees and are open to the public
- We can support those who wish to run an inclusive business with opening a Steps Franchise
- Our cafe spaces are available for event hire
- We provide catering services for events
- We run workshops for business open days, for example energy ball making workshops
- We can provide stands selling food, drinks and zero waste products to external events, conferences etc
- We provide a food and drink delivery service in Bangkok and Phuket
